How long does shipping take?
In-stock pairs leave Rotterdam within a day. Most EU orders land in two to four working days; the rest of the world runs five to ten.
What's your return window?
Fourteen days from delivery. Send the pair back unworn in its box and we'll refund the order. Full details are on the Returns page.
Do the sizes run true?
Our silhouettes sit true to size. If you're between sizes, go up half a size for a roomier fit. Every product page has a size guide with EU, UK, US and CM conversions.
Are the pairs authentic?
Every pair is genuine Slazenger stock, sourced direct. Real heritage, no fakes.
How can I pay?
iDEAL, all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure payment system.
My size is sold out. Will it come back?
Often, yes. Popular sizes restock in batches. Hit "notify me" on the product page or join the newsletter and we'll give you a heads-up.
