Norway and Switzerland are €20 per order, and because neither is in the EU customs union the carrier collects import VAT and a handling fee on arrival. Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, for any reason, and another 14 days to post the pair back. That is the EU right of withdrawal and it applies to every order placed here. The steps and the form are on the returns page.

Both sit outside the EU customs union, so a parcel clears customs on arrival and import VAT and the carrier's clearance fee can be charged there. Those charges are not collected by us and are not included in the price shown here.
