The terms that apply
Read our terms of service before you order. They cover prices and VAT, payment, delivery, your right to withdraw, returns and refunds, and which law applies. They and our refund policy are linked in the checkout, and you accept both when you complete it.
Where we deliver
We ship to 26 countries of the European Union. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, because Slazenger footwear is handled there by a different licensee. The full list, including the territories that fall outside it, is on our shipping and delivery page.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in euros, include VAT, and are the same in all 26 countries. Delivery is free to all 26 countries. If you choose express delivery (€10), it is shown at checkout before you pay. The price you agree to is the price at the moment you place the order.
Cancelling your order
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, no reason needed, and another 14 days to send the shoes back. Use the withdrawal form, or tell us in any clear written statement. Return postage is yours, and we may deduct any loss in value if a pair comes back worn. The details are in our refund policy.
If something goes wrong
Email info@paarline.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. A person reads it and comes back to you. If we cannot sort it out between us, Dutch law applies and you can take the matter to a Dutch court; if you live in another EU country, you can also go to the courts where you live. We are not affiliated with a complaints board, but the European Consumer Centre in your country gives free advice on cross-border purchases: eccnet.eu.
