Terms of service
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on rapidsneakers.com. They set out who you are buying from, how the contract comes about, what you pay, and what your rights are if something is wrong. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights that consumer law gives you.
1. Who you are buying from
Paarline B.V., trading as RapidSneakers
Kiotoweg 70
3047 BG Rotterdam
Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 42111729
VAT identification number: NL869784067B01
Email: info@paarline.com
Phone: +31 (0)10 299 0860
Website: rapidsneakers.com
Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Paarline B.V.
2. Accepting these terms
These terms and our refund policy apply to your order. Both are linked in the checkout, and you accept them when you complete it. Read them before you pay. You can save or print either page at any time, and the version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you ordered.
Our shipping policy and privacy policy form part of these terms in the same way.
3. Who can order, and from where
You can order if you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract. We sell to consumers.
We deliver to 29 countries: the 27 member states of the European Union, plus Norway and Switzerland. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, because Slazenger footwear is handled there by a different licensee. Some territories inside or attached to countries we serve are also outside our delivery area. The full list, and the excluded territories, are in our shipping policy. Give us an address in one of the countries we deliver to, and details that are accurate, because a wrong address is the most common reason an order goes astray.
We may refuse an order or cancel it after the fact if we have good reason to, for example when a payment fails, when stock turns out not to be there, when the delivery address is outside the countries we serve, or when an order shows clear signs of fraud. If we cancel, you get your money back in full.
4. Products
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and small variations between production batches happen. If what arrives does not match the description in a way that matters, that is a defect and section 9 applies.
Stock shown on the site is kept up to date, but an item can sell out between the moment you add it to the cart and the moment you pay. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we will tell you promptly and refund it. On limited releases we may cap the number of pairs per customer.
5. Prices
All prices are in euros and are the same in every country we deliver to. Prices include Dutch VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay, so the total you confirm is the total we charge you. There are no hidden fees.
Deliveries to Norway and Switzerland are exports. No Dutch VAT is charged on them and your invoice shows 0% VAT, but the price you pay is unchanged. Import VAT, duty and the carrier's clearance or declaration fee are charged to you by your own authorities and by the carrier on delivery. Those charges are not ours, we never receive them, and we cannot refund them. Our shipping policy sets out what to expect in each of the two countries.
We can change our prices at any time, but the price that counts for your order is the one displayed when you placed it. Obvious errors are the exception: if a price or description is plainly wrong, for instance a decimal point in the wrong place, we are not bound by it. We will contact you, and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
6. How the contract is made
Placing an order is your offer to buy. The contract exists once we send you the order confirmation by email. Keep that email, it is your record of what you agreed to. If you do not receive it within a few hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Payment is taken at the moment you order, through the payment method you selected at checkout. The payment provider handles the transaction. Your bank or card statement will show Paarline as the merchant.
7. Delivery
We ship from Rotterdam. Delivery times, destinations, carriers and shipping costs are set out in our shipping policy, which is part of these terms.
We deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree another date with you. If we cannot make that, you may set us a short extra period, and if we miss that too you may cancel the order and be refunded in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you named other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
8. Cancelling within 14 days
If you live in the EU or in Norway, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and get your money back including the standard outbound delivery cost. This right is yours by law. We do not attach conditions to it, and it is not forfeited by anything other than the limited statutory exceptions.
Swiss law gives no automatic right to cancel an online order. We give customers in Switzerland the same 14-day right by contract, on the same terms. Clause 12 of our refund policy sets out the customs charges on returns from Switzerland.
The full procedure, the return address, the deductions that can apply, and the model withdrawal form are in our refund policy, which is part of these terms.
9. If something is wrong with your order
Under Dutch law, what we deliver has to match what you were promised and has to be fit for normal use. If it is not, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances, and we pay the shipping involved.
A defect that appears in the first year after delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we show otherwise. After that, the item still has to last as long as you could reasonably expect from that product at that price, but the defect may need to be established. Tell us within a reasonable time after you notice a problem. Within two months of noticing is always in time.
This legal guarantee sits alongside any commercial warranty a manufacturer gives, and it is never reduced by one.
10. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, tell us and give us the chance to put it right. Email info@paarline.com with your order number and a description of the problem, or call +31 (0)10 299 0860.
We confirm that we received your complaint within a few working days, and we give you a substantive answer within 14 days. If a complaint needs longer to investigate, we will say so within those 14 days and tell you when to expect an answer.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take the dispute to the competent court. We are not affiliated with a sector complaints board or any other certified dispute resolution body, so we cannot refer you to one. If you live in another EU country, Norway or Switzerland, the European Consumer Centre in your country gives free advice on cross-border purchases and can approach us on your behalf: eccnet.eu. The European Commission's ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists.
11. Intellectual property
The design, text, photography and code of this website belong to Paarline B.V. or to our suppliers, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Brand names and logos of the sneakers we sell belong to their respective owners.
12. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our own failure to perform this contract, and nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Dutch law, including our obligations under product liability rules.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed the order, so a later change never rewrites a contract you already have with us. The date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading.
14. Applicable law
Dutch law governs these terms and every contract made under them. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country or in Norway, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you can bring a case in the courts there. If you are a consumer resident in Switzerland, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of Swiss law, and you can bring a case in the Swiss courts. Otherwise disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam.
