How we handle reviews

Every review on this site was written here, through Judge.me, the review service we use. We don't copy reviews from bol.com or any other site.

Who can write a review

Anyone can write a review on a product page. Before the review is sent, you confirm your email address.

What "Verified" means

Judge.me checks that email address against the orders in our shop. If it matches an order, the review gets a Verified label. A review without that label comes from someone we couldn't match to an order.

How we ask for reviews

About 10 days after we ship an order to the Netherlands, we email the buyer to ask how the pair fits. Sometimes there is also a card with a link in the parcel. We don't choose who to ask based on what they bought or how happy they seem.

What we publish

We publish every review, positive or negative, and we never change what someone wrote. Phone numbers, addresses and other personal details are replaced with ***. We only remove a review if it is spam, insults someone or has nothing to do with the product or the order.

New reviews appear right away, newest first. They stay online for as long as the product is on our site. We may reply to a review in public.

We never give money, discounts, a free pair or anything else for a review.
