RapidSneakers is the shop. Paarline B.V. is the company behind it, working out of Kiotoweg 70 in Rotterdam. We sell Slazenger footwear to customers in 26 EU countries.
Why buy from us
We buy our Slazenger shoes directly from Gençeller, Slazenger's official footwear licensee for 26 EU countries, and sell them in those countries only. Every pair is checked before it goes in the box.
Every size is EU, the way Slazenger marks the shoes. If you sit between two sizes, take the bigger one.
Taken off automatically at checkout, no code needed. Every pair of shoes counts except sliders.
Prices are in euros, include VAT and are the same in every country we deliver to. There is nothing more to pay on arrival.
The checkout runs on Shopify's own payment pages. Your card number goes to the payment provider; we do not see it and we do not store it.

To change your mind once the parcel arrives, no reason needed. You then have another 14 days to post the pair back.
Packed in Rotterdam
Every order is picked and packed in our own warehouse in Rotterdam and ships tracked. We do not pick or pack at weekends or on Dutch public holidays.

Returns and refunds
Yes, on every pair we sell. You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to tell us you are withdrawing, no reason needed, and another 14 days after that to get the shoes back to us. That is the EU right of withdrawal and it is not something we can shorten.
You do, when it is a change of mind. A tracked parcel of this size costs about €7 to €9 within the Netherlands and roughly €15 to €40 from other EU countries, depending on the country and the carrier. A faulty pair or a wrong item is a different case and the postage is on us. Get in touch and we arrange it.
Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the shoes reach us or you show proof that you posted them, whichever happens first. It goes back to the payment method you used, with no fee, and it includes the cheapest standard delivery we offered on that order. If you paid for a faster option, we refund the standard rate.
