Questions and answers

Your usual EU size. If you sit between two sizes, take the bigger one.

Men's pairs run EU 40 to 48, with 47 and 48 on fewer styles. Women's run EU 36 to 41, kids and junior EU 26 to 40. No single model covers the whole range, so the sizes listed on a product page are the ones we hold for that pair.

Put a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Measure both feet and work from the longer one.

One EU size is two thirds of a centimetre, so half a centimetre is most of a size. That is usually the difference between a pair you wear and a pair you send back.

Every size here is EU, the way Slazenger marks the shoes. Rather than trusting a conversion chart, measure your foot in centimetres and compare it against a pair you already wear. Brands do not agree on where a UK 8 sits.

Yes, if the model comes in more than one colour. The product page shows the other colours as small photos above the sizes. Pick one to go to that colour.

To 26 EU countries. We do not deliver to the United Kingdom. Slazenger footwear is handled there by a different licensee, which also rules out Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar. Ireland is not included: our Slazenger licence covers the other 26 EU countries.

A few territories attached to countries we do serve fall outside the area as well: the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Aland Islands, the French overseas departments, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The shipping page lists every country we deliver to. If your address is not on it, the checkout will not offer you a delivery method.

Delivery is free to 26 EU countries, with no minimum order. Every order ships tracked from our own warehouse in Rotterdam.

The shipping page lists the rates and delivery times for every country we deliver to.

Your order is picked and packed in our own warehouse in Rotterdam. We do not pick or pack at weekends or on Dutch public holidays.

Once the parcel is with the carrier the clock is theirs, and these are estimates: usually two to five working days across most of the EU, and four to seven for Sweden, Finland, Greece, Malta and Cyprus.

Yes, every order ships tracked. The shipping confirmation email carries the tracking number and a link to the carrier. The first scan can take up to a working day to appear, so an empty tracking page just after dispatch is normal.

Yes, on every pair we sell. You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to tell us you are withdrawing, no reason needed, and another 14 days after that to get the shoes back to us. That is the EU right of withdrawal and it is not something we can shorten.

Fill in the withdrawal form, or email info@paarline.com with your order number. Sending the form is your formal notice and it counts from the moment you send it, not from when we reply. We confirm every withdrawal by email, quoting what you sent and when it reached us, and we reply on working days with the return address and what to do. You never need our approval before posting a pair back.

Try them on the way you would in a shop: indoors, on a clean floor. That never costs you your refund. Wear beyond that, and we may deduct the loss in value. The same goes for a missing shoebox, insole or lace, so send the shoebox back with them, packed inside an outer box.

You do, when it is a change of mind. A tracked parcel of this size costs about €7 to €9 within the Netherlands and roughly €15 to €40 from other EU countries, depending on the country and the carrier. A faulty pair or a wrong item is a different case and the postage is on us. Get in touch and we arrange it.

Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the shoes reach us or you show proof that you posted them, whichever happens first. It goes back to the payment method you used, with no fee, and it includes the cheapest standard delivery we offered on that order. If you paid for a faster option, we refund the standard rate. If you keep part of a multi-pair order, you get back what you paid minus any pair discount you no longer qualify for.

Email info@paarline.com with your order number and the size you want, and we will tell you what to do with the pair you have. If the size you need is on the site, ordering it straight away is the quickest route, because it ships before the first pair gets back to Rotterdam. A size swap keeps your pair discount.

Klarna, Bancontact and PayPal, plus Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are there too. Which of those you see depends on your device and country, and the full list appears at checkout before you pay.

The checkout runs on Shopify's own payment pages. Your card number goes to the payment provider, never to us. We do not see it and we do not store it.

Yes. We buy our Slazenger shoes directly from Gençeller, Slazenger's official footwear licensee for 26 EU countries, and sell them in those countries only.

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Inside the EU the checkout total is the end of it and there is nothing to pay on arrival.

Yes, when you buy more than one pair. Two pairs of shoes in one order get 5% off and three or more get 10%, taken off automatically at checkout with no code needed. Sliders do not count towards it. The discount counts the pairs you keep: buy two €50 pairs for €95, return one, and you get €45 back. A faulty pair or a size swap keeps the discount.

Our emails carry news, promotions and new arrivals. You can sign up at the bottom of the About us page.

Email info@paarline.com with your order number as soon as you notice. While the parcel is still with us we can change the address or stop it. Once the carrier has it, only the carrier can redirect it, and they may charge for that. Either way you keep the 14-day right to withdraw once it arrives.

Email us the model and the size and we will tell you whether we expect it back. Stock comes in batches, so a size that is gone today is not always gone for good.
