You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending a pair back, no reason needed, and another 14 days to post it. Try them on indoors the way you would in a shop; wear beyond that can come off the refund. Return postage for a change of mind is yours: about €7 to €9 within the Netherlands and roughly €15 to €40 from other EU countries.
We refund within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the pair reaches Rotterdam or you show proof of posting, whichever comes first. This is the EU right of withdrawal, so it covers every order placed on this site. The full terms and the withdrawal form are on the returns page.
We ship from our own warehouse in Rotterdam, and delivery is free to 26 EU countries with no minimum order. Our Slazenger licence does not cover Ireland or the United Kingdom, so we cannot ship there.

About this pair
White, light and plain, with a textile upper that gives where the foot flexes.
The sole is thermoplastic and synthetic, so there is grip without much weight, and the lining is textile. Men's sizes 40 to 45. Good for road miles, fine for a day spent on your feet.

Returns and refunds
You do, when it is a change of mind. A tracked parcel of this size costs about €7 to €9 within the Netherlands and roughly €15 to €40 from other EU countries, depending on the country and the carrier. A faulty pair or a wrong item is a different case and the postage is on us. Get in touch and we arrange it.
Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the shoes reach us or you show proof that you posted them, whichever happens first. It goes back to the payment method you used, with no fee, and it includes the cheapest standard delivery we offered on that order. If you paid for a faster option, we refund the standard rate.
