We ship from our own warehouse in Rotterdam, across the EU and to Norway and Switzerland. We cannot ship to the United Kingdom.
Delivery is free to all 27 EU countries, with no minimum order.
Norway and Switzerland are €20 per order for standard delivery. Neither sits inside the EU customs union, so import VAT and the carrier's handling fee are charged on arrival and are paid by you. Returns from Norway and Switzerland have a few extra rules, set out on the returns page.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending a pair back, no reason needed, and another 14 days to post it. Try them on indoors the way you would in a shop; wear beyond that can come off the refund. Return postage for a change of mind is yours: about €7 to €9 within the Netherlands and roughly €15 to €40 from other EU countries.
We refund within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the pair reaches Rotterdam or you show proof of posting, whichever comes first. This is the EU right of withdrawal, so it covers every order placed on this site. The full terms and the withdrawal form are on the returns page.
About this pair
Head to toe black, with the textile and synthetic leather upper reading darker still under the laces. The Mirage runs on a Phylon sole, which keeps the shoe light through a training run and soft underfoot for the walk that follows.
Standard lacing, a textile lining, men's sizing. A running shoe with nothing on it that keeps it out of the rest of the week.
