We ship from our own warehouse in Rotterdam, across the EU and to Norway and Switzerland. We cannot ship to the United Kingdom.
Delivery is free to all 27 EU countries, with no minimum order.
Norway and Switzerland are €20 per order for standard delivery. Neither sits inside the EU customs union, so import VAT and the carrier's handling fee are charged on arrival and are paid by you. Returns from Norway and Switzerland have a few extra rules, set out on the returns page.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending a pair back, no reason needed, and another 14 days to post it. Try them on indoors the way you would in a shop; wear beyond that can come off the refund. Return postage for a change of mind is yours: about €7 to €9 within the Netherlands and roughly €15 to €40 from other EU countries.
We refund within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the pair reaches Rotterdam or you show proof of posting, whichever comes first. This is the EU right of withdrawal, so it covers every order placed on this site. The full terms and the withdrawal form are on the returns page.
About this pair
Black over white on the Point New, with the sole doing the only contrast work. The upper is synthetic leather, plain across the toe and laced through the middle.
A phylon sole underneath, textile lining inside, women's sizes 36 to 40. Wear them to work and forget about them by ten.
