You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending a pair back, no reason needed, and another 14 days to post it. Try them on indoors the way you would in a shop; wear beyond that can come off the refund. Return postage for a change of mind is yours: about €7 to €9 within the Netherlands and roughly €15 to €40 from other EU countries.
We refund within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the pair reaches Rotterdam or you show proof of posting, whichever comes first. This is the EU right of withdrawal, so it covers every order placed on this site. The full terms and the withdrawal form are on the returns page.
We ship from our own warehouse in Rotterdam, and delivery is free to 26 EU countries with no minimum order. Our Slazenger licence does not cover Ireland or the United Kingdom, so we cannot ship there.
Every order ships tracked. The shipping page has the delivery times and the rates for every country we deliver to.

About this pair
Black from the toe to the heel, so nothing on the Pulse asks for attention. The upper mixes textile with synthetic leather to keep some give across the foot, and the polyurethane sole carries the weight underneath.
Women's sizes 36 to 40. A running shoe you can put on for a morning loop and leave on for the rest of the day.
