We ship from our own warehouse in Rotterdam, across the EU and to Norway and Switzerland. We cannot ship to the United Kingdom.
Delivery is free to all 27 EU countries, with no minimum order.
Norway and Switzerland are €20 per order for standard delivery. Neither sits inside the EU customs union, so import VAT and the carrier's handling fee are charged on arrival and are paid by you. Returns from Norway and Switzerland have a few extra rules, set out on the returns page.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending a pair back, no reason needed, and another 14 days to post it. Try them on indoors the way you would in a shop; wear beyond that can come off the refund. Return postage for a change of mind is yours: about €7 to €9 within the Netherlands and roughly €15 to €40 from other EU countries.
We refund within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the pair reaches Rotterdam or you show proof of posting, whichever comes first. This is the EU right of withdrawal, so it covers every order placed on this site. The full terms and the withdrawal form are on the returns page.
About this pair
Textile through most of the upper with PU panels where the shoe creases, all of it in a dark grey that will not look tired after a month of use.
Phylon underfoot keeps it light for long, steady miles, and the textile lining keeps the inside plain. A running shoe that walks just as well as it runs.
